About
Marketing services, turned into products
Mapo Media exists because most marketing work is recurring, not bespoke. A blog that ranks, social that stays on brand, an ad that converts — teams need these reliably, on a schedule they can plan. We package that work as products with fixed scope and price.
The mechanism
A traditional agency prices each engagement. A freelancer bench needs constant management. An in-house hire is slow to add and carries overhead. All three make recurring production unpredictable.
Mapo Media inverts the model. Each service has a published scope, a published price, and one workflow it runs every time. You give up the ability to reshape every deliverable mid-flight; in exchange you get a price you can budget and output that doesn’t drift.
What a competitor can’t easily copy is the foundation: production capacity is backed by an established offshore delivery team, rather than a freelancer marketplace or a generic retainer. The catalog and the platform sit directly on top of that workforce.
What we believe
Predictable beats flexible for recurring work
If you can describe ‘good’ once and expect it to hold, a product is the better fit than a project.
Constraints improve output
A two-round revision cap forces tighter briefs and tighter feedback. The work converges faster and ends up better.
The platform is the source of truth
Briefs, versions, and approvals live on the project — not scattered across email and shared drives.
Own the words, always
Text deliverables are editable in the platform and downloadable. You keep everything you approve.
The team
Production is handled by an established delivery team — writers, designers, and video editors who work each service’s workflow day to day. A thin operations layer runs the platform, onboarding, and quality checks.
